The mission of SEJ, a nonprofit based in Pennsylvania, is to advance public understanding of environmental issues by improving the quality, accuracy, and visibility of environmental reporting. While the organization exists to serve its membership of journalists, academics and students, the website is a veritable fountain of publicly available, impartial information such as a searchable Useful Links database with >1500 entries; a daily news digest of environmental stories; a biweekly TipSheet of the latest information on environmental issues of all kinds, including viewpoints from industry, government and advocacy groups; and much more.
