As
a not-for-profit registered charitable organization,
GAMIING depends on grants and donations. By becoming
a member, friend, donor or sponsor, you enable Gamiing
to continue the work in progress and help fund new projects
and programs. You will receive a variety of benefits,
such as information about projects and programs, advanced
notice of events and you can walk, snowshoe or ski the
trails at any time. You can also direct your donation
dollars to a specific project, such as the Eco Guardian
Educational Program, the “Naturally for Kids”
Summer Day Camps to allow a child from a low income
family to enjoy a week at GAMIING. Other projects are the
boardwalk through the marsh, solar panels for the Discovery
Shack, or tools for the nursery.

Funders
Funders are government agencies, private
foundations or the charitable giving
of companies and corporations. GAMIING
has to apply for funding which is
usually for a well defined project.
It takes often about a week or two
to research the funder, put an application
together and to make sure that all
i’s are dotted and t’s
are crossed, and then the waiting
begins...
As
a funder:

You
can plan your charitable donations to GAMIING in advance.
For
example:
• decide how much you can afford to give to GAMIING
• spread your giving out over the year on a monthly
basis
• Click on the logo “Donate Now”
• follow the instructions
• GAMIING will be informed each time it receives
a donation
• You receive a tax deductible receipt for the
year of your donations
You
can download a printable version and mail it to the
address provided on the form. It outlines how you can
help and how your valuable contribution will be acknowledged.
